1. The Triage Match Guarantee (For Patients)

At Upchar360, we stand firmly behind the accuracy of our clinical triage and matching system. When you pay a consultation fee through our platform, you are guaranteed to be matched with a specialist who is verified and clinically equipped to handle your specific diagnosis.

When are you entitled to a full consultation fee refund?

You will automatically receive a 100% refund of your consultation fee if:

  • Our System (Model) or Bridge Doctors are unable to find a verified specialist matching your precise clinical severity within your designated geographical preference.
  • The matched specialist determines during your initial consultation that your case falls entirely outside their clinical purview or surgical expertise (e.g., you were matched with a general orthopedist for a complex spinal deformity).

When are refunds not applicable?

  • If you cancel the consultation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice (No-show).
  • If the specialist provides a valid second opinion that simply differs from your expectations, provided it is within their verified domain of expertise.

2. Doctor Verification Fee (For Specialists)

For medical professionals applying to join the Upchar360 network, a one-time Verification & Platform Access fee is collected (Currently set as a demo amount of ₹4,999 inclusive of GST).

If your medical credentials (SMC/NMC registration) cannot be verified by our medical board, or if your application is rejected for any reason to preserve network exclusivity, the **entire fee will be fully refunded** to your original payment method. Once your profile is verified and access to the Doctor Dashboard is granted, the fee becomes non-refundable.

3. Processing Times

All approved refunds (for both patients and doctors) are processed automatically by our payment gateway. Please allow **5-7 business days** for the amount to reflect in your original bank account or credit card statement.
