By accessing or using the Upchar360 platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access our platform or use any of our services.

Upchar360 provides a System (Model)-driven clinical triage and patient-to-specialist matching platform. **Upchar360 (the platform), our System (Model), and our internal "Bridge Triage" team of doctors are providing navigational assistance and recommendations only.**
We **do not** provide definitive medical diagnoses, prescribe medication, or offer emergency care. All final medical decisions, treatment plans, and definitive diagnoses are strictly the responsibility of the independent, verified specialists you choose to consult with through our network.
3. Doctor Verification & Payment Terms
For medical professionals applying to join the Upchar360 Clinical Excellence Network, a one-time Verification & Platform Access Fee is charged. This fee is currently set at ₹4,999 (inclusive of 18% GST).
Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway partners. Upon successful payment, your credentials will be reviewed by our medical board within an estimated timeline of 48-72 hours. If your application is rejected during this verification phase, you will receive a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Upchar360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
